On 21 February 2005 Zdzisław Beksiński was brutally murdered in his flat in Warsaw.
Funeral ceremonies took place on 7- 8 March 2005 in Warsaw and Sanok.

Dear visitors,
we would like to inform you that on April 6 and 7, 2023, the exhibitions in our museum will be open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
During the Easter holidays (April 8-10 this year) the museum will be closed.
On Mondays, April 17 and 24, the exhibitions in our museum will be closed to the public. We apologize for any inconvenience.
